1. Scope of application
You may submit requests concerning your Article 11 rights. State the request clearly and provide sufficient identity-verification information. An authorisation document is required when acting for another person.
2. Channels
Applications may be sent in writing to the controller address; by secure electronic/mobile signature to the registered e-notification address where available; or from your email already registered in the controller system to the privacy email below. Use the subject “Personal Data Application”.
3. Required information
Include name, signature for written requests, Turkish ID or passport/foreign ID number, notification address, email/phone if any, the request and supporting documents. Mask unnecessary ID fields and avoid sensitive data unless strictly required.
4. Response time
Applications are answered as soon as possible and generally within 30 days free of charge. A tariff fee may apply if processing creates an additional cost. If rejected, insufficiently answered or unanswered in time, you may complain to the Turkish Data Protection Board within statutory deadlines.
