1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is formed electronically between the registered user and BIOTAMA Global. By selecting the membership box and submitting registration, the user accepts it. The user must be at least 18 or authorised to act for the represented company.
2. Account and security
Email, username, company and address details must remain accurate. The account is personal and the password must not be shared. Suspected unauthorised use must be reported. Accounts may be suspended or closed for security, unlawful use or misrepresentation.
3. Membership services
Membership allows storage of company/tax profiles, billing and delivery addresses, reuse in quote forms and viewing linked quote history. Membership is free. Quote records are not orders or sales contracts; commercial terms require separate approval.
4. Personal data
Membership data is processed under the Personal Data Notice. Accepting this agreement is not consent to advertising or marketing messages. Any such preference will be separate and optional.
5. Termination and changes
Users may request account closure through the data-subject channels. Records required by law may remain for the statutory period. The agreement may be updated for service or legal changes; material changes will be notified appropriately.
